GUESTROOM BLOCK - 2007
We are pleased to provide your group with a 10 room block for:
Sunday July 22nd through Sunday July 28th and
Wednesday August 1st through Sunday August 5th.

GUESTROOM RATE
We are pleased to extend the following guestroom rates to your group. These rates are net, non-commissionable and subject to hotel tax, currently at 15.6%.

Standard King, Single /Double Occupancy: $149.00 + tax
Double Queen, Single/Double Occupancy: $159.00 + tax
King Mini Suite, Single/Double Occupancy: $179.00 + tax

Other room types may be available at the time of booking. Rates may vary according to room type. Please note there is a $15.00 surcharge for each adult beyond double occupancy (max 4).

Group rates are based on a block of 10 rooms and are not guaranteed beyond this contracted room block.

All room rates include Complimentary Continental Buffet Breakfast, FREE Parking, Courtesy Shuttle Service within a 3 mile radius of our hotel AND Free High Speed Internet Access in Every Room!

RESERVATIONS
Individuals will make their reservations directly with our Reservations Department by calling 1-800-205-6940. Please instruct your guests to give the name of the group (KJELLBERG REUNION) and ask for the group rate. This will ensure that they are charged properly and your guestroom block credited.

CUTOFF DATE
Reservations must be received no later than May 30, 2007, or 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. After cutoff date:
· The unused portion of the guestroom block will be released for general sale. The Hotel will continue to accept reservations from your attendees after the cutoff date based on space availability.
· Group rates are not available after the cutoff date.

FORM OF GUARANTEE
Each room reservation will be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Please be advised that our check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and our check-out time is 12:00 p.m. If your group arrives before 3:00p.m., the Hotel will do its best effort to accommodate them if rooms become available; otherwise, we would be happy to secure their baggage for them until rooms become available.

BAGGAGE HANDLING
We understand that each individual attendee will be responsible for his/her own baggage handling.

AMENITY DELIVERY
Should you have special amenities for your guests, we would be happy to distribute them for you. Amenity fees are as follows:

Individual room delivery: $4.00 per amenity*
Front desk (handed out at check-in) $2.00 per amenity*

*Cash payments are preferred.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
The Shuttle Service is available to all our in-house guests on a first come, first serve basis. We do not guarantee any transportation outside the drop off/pick up points. The drop off/pick up points are as follows:

· University of Washington Center for Urban Horticulture
· Seattle Yacht Club
· Sandpoint Country Club
· Broadmoor Golf Club
· Several Area Churches & Synogues

Reservations must be made upon check-in at the front desk. The Shuttle departs the hotel on the hour & half hour, beginning at 7:00am until 10:00pm.

BILLING/CREDIT INFORMATION
Each individual will be paying all charges with a valid credit card

NON-SMOKING POLICY
The Silver Cloud Inn University District is a non-smoking hotel. There are areas outside of the hotel where guests are permitted to smoke.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION
If a guest needs to cancel a room reservation, please do so 24 hours prior to arrival or 3:00 p.m. the day before arrival date. **If a guest fails to cancel his or her reservation, a charge of the first night room and tax will be imposed and charged to the credit card given when the reservations where made. These charges are non-refundable.
