SEATTLE ACTIVITIES

For those of you planning to visit us in Seattle either before or after the reunion at Fort Worden, we have planned the following activities based on your earlier responses. Sunday July 29th – Wednesday August 1st – Reunion at Fort Warden
Thursday August 2nd – Seattle Aquarium, Seattle Harbor Tour
Friday August 3rd –Woodland Park Zoo
Friday August 3rd 7:05pm - ** Seattle Mariners vs. Boston Red Sox

**Baseball ticket prices: Field $38; View Box $25; Lower Outfield $25; View Reserved $18. Some tickets are available in family areas where no alcohol is allowed. If you want to go to a baseball game, please let us know your desired location, as we want to buy a block of tickets so we can sit together. PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY AS TICKETS SELL QUICKLY.

*Tillicum Village Indian Cultural Center – includes boat cruise, salmon buffet dinner, NW Coast Native American Dance - $30 - $79/person. Tickets must be purchased in advance – so please let us know if you are interested in this as soon as possible.

If you are staying in Seattle, we recommend that you make your hotel reservations early as this is during Seattle Seafair (a two-week celebration). We had reserved a block of rooms at Silver Cloud Inn, but in order to receive the group rate reservations needed to be made by May 30th. This particular hotel is located near near University Village – a unique shopping area. You can, of course, choose any accommodation you wish (check the reunion blog for more options). You also have the option of staying in one of our homes - just let us know what you prefer.
